How to use
Apply the toothpaste to your toothbrush, dip it into the odorless and tasteless powder, and gently brush in a circular motion for 2-3 minutes to let the powder absorb impurities that cause teeth yellowing. The product, apart from whitening, has antiseptic and antibacterial effects on the oral cavity.
NOTE: Product does not damage tooth enamel. Suitable for veneers, implants, or bridges. One package contains 0,56 oz (16g) of content, enough for several months of use.

I see that the product contains activated charcoal. Isn’t it abrasive to tooth enamel?
Regular activated charcoal can indeed be abrasive to tooth enamel. However, our product doesn’t contain regular activated charcoal but coconut-based activated charcoal intended for oral use, which has up to 10 times finer micropores that do not damage tooth enamel. This is the same type of charcoal used by well-known brands such as Signal, Aquafresh, Curaprox, and others in their “charcoal edition” toothpastes. Our product is manufactured in accordance with Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, which allows up to 25% coconut activated charcoal in powdered products. We use far less than that – under 4% in our formula. Therefore, the product is 100% safe to use, and the health safety test can be provided upon request via our official e-mail address.
Where do you ship your products from and where are they manufactured?
We currently have production and warehouse facilities at two different locations in the USA and the EU. If you place an order from a US address, your product will be shipped via USPS from our warehouse in Oregon, USA. If you place an order to any other country, the package will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your shipping address. You can check our warehouse locations in the “About Us” section. The product can be ordered from all countries, and shipping is free. We also emphasize that on some products that are manufactured and shipped to customers in the USA, the manufacturing date (MF) is indicated instead of the expiration date. This is due to U.S. regulations, which require that for this type of product the manufacturing date be shown instead of an expiry date. In such cases, the product’s shelf life is two years from the indicated date.
Can your products be purchased on Amazon?
As stated on our website, our products are currently available online exclusively through our webshop. We have suspended sales on Amazon because sellers appeared offering counterfeit and unverified products under our brand at much lower prices, and Amazon has taken no action to stop them despite multiple reports and our registered trademark. As a result, we decided to boycott Amazon. Our product can also be purchased in many dental clinics, pharmacies, and health stores, but at a higher price than on our webshop due to additional partner/distributor margins.
What if my ordered product does not arrive at my address?
In that case, your money will be refunded or we will send you a replacement shipment, depending on your preference. On average, one out of 500 orders is lost or damaged during transport. Is one package enough to achieve the full whitening effect?
One package is more than enough to achieve the full whitening effect. In fact, a single package of Cleopatra’s Natural powder can be sufficient for the entire family, provided the product is used according to the instructions listed on our webshop and on the product label.

What is a siwak stick, what is it used for, and do I need it for whitening?
A siwak stick is a natural teeth-cleaning tool derived from the Salvadora persica tree, which is mainly found in the Middle East, Africa, and parts of Asia. Siwak sticks have traditionally been used as natural toothbrushes and are also mentioned by the World Health Organization in the context of oral hygiene. They contain natural compounds and minerals that help clean teeth, reduce plaque buildup, and prevent cavities. In addition, siwak sticks have antibacterial properties that help reduce oral bacteria, freshen breath, and promote overall oral health. It is not necessary to use a siwak stick together with Cleopatra’s Natural powder if your sole goal is teeth whitening.
