Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at cleopatrasnatural.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to help you.
Although the shipment is usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days, the final delivery deadline for the order is 21 business days from the date of purchase.
In the event of a lost, damaged, or undelivered shipment within 21 business days, a refund is guaranteed.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Cleopatra’s Natural accessible from cleopatrasnatural.com
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 hours after the purchase was made without giving any reason for doing so. Changes in shipping address/order information must be done within 3 hours after your order was made. Otherwise, we won’t be able to update your details nor process you a refund.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: info@cleopatrasnatural.com

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which you received the goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. The reimbursement amount will be based on what you have returned, the condition but will not include the original postage fees.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were delivered in the last 7 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging
• The Goods were not used or damaged

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Please note that the cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer and unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping costs. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should contact us via info@cleopatrasnatural.com to open up a returns claim prior to returning. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. The product return must be made exclusively to the address of our head office.

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us by email. We will review your claim and send you feedback. If the appeal is accepted, you will receive a refund within three days to your Credit/Debit card or PayPal account. The product packaging may differ from the one shown on the website. This is because we have production in several different locations (US & EU), and packaging availability is subject to change. Regardless, the ingredients remain the same and of the highest quality. We also emphasize that on some products that are manufactured and shipped to customers in the USA, the manufacturing date (MF) is indicated instead of the expiration date. This is due to U.S. regulations, which require that for this type of product the manufacturing date be shown instead of an expiry date. In such cases, the product’s shelf life is two years from the indicated date.

By purchasing from our webshop, you agree to these terms. The product is intended exclusively for cleaning surface impurities on the teeth and it is possible that not all users will notice the same results of whitening because of the natural pigment of an individual’s teeth. Precisely because of this, we do not consider a refund due to the end results of the whitening, which can vary depending on the mentioned stains on the teeth.
