Your processed purchases will be shipped to the shipping address you have indicated upon checkout. Changes in shipping address/order information must be done within 3 hours after your order was made. Otherwise, we won’t be able to update your details nor process you a refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to help you.
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us by email. We will review your claim and send you feedback. If the appeal is accepted, you will receive a refund within three days to your Credit/Debit card or PayPal account.

We store our product in various locations so the shipment can be sent from the warehouse closest to your address for faster delivery. Currently, we store our product in: USA, United Kingdom, Germany and Croatia.

Payment

Payment is made with Credit or Debit card or via PayPal. After payment is made, you will receive e-mail with tracking number of your order within 24 hours. Note: If you pay in a currency other than the one shown on our website, you will be charged the amount according to the current PayPal exchange rate.
