Thank you for shopping at www.cleopatrasnatural.com. All orders take 1-3 business days to process and generally take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive, depends on which country you ordered from. Shipping is free over $35!

All orders shipped to U.S. addresses are sent from our warehouse in Oregon, USA, and are usually delivered via USPS within 3 to 7 business days. Orders from other countries are shipped from our warehouse closest to your shipping address.

Although the shipment is usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days, the final delivery deadline for the order is 21 business days from the date of purchase.

Your processed purchases will be shipped to the shipping address you have indicated upon checkout. Changes in shipping address/order information must be done within 3 hours after your order was made. Otherwise, we won’t be able to update your details nor process you a refund.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to help you.
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us by email. We will review your claim and send you feedback. If the appeal is accepted, you will receive a refund within three days to your Credit/Debit card or PayPal account.

As with our customers, it is also in our mutual interest to ensure that shipments are delivered as quickly as possible. However, in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or courier strikes causing delays in your shipment, we kindly ask for your understanding as such occurrences are beyond our control. In such situations, the delivery timeframe is extended until the extraordinary circumstances normalize.

Deliveries of packages to Australia & New Zealand may take up to 30 business days due to the extended customs processing of shipments. We are working on opening a warehouse with our products in Australia, and until then, we kindly ask our customers for their understanding regarding the longer delivery times.
